Out early to race handy on the outside of the leader after a fair jump, ranged up on the outer at the home turn disputing third, then could not sustain the effort in the last 300 and faded back late.
Broke on terms and settled four to five off the fence in the early rush, racing in midfield behind the pace, still mid-division at the bend, then failed to produce a notable turn of foot and finished towards the rear.

Broke evenly, settled on the inside in the latter half of the field, hugging the rails through the back stretch and around the bend, offered only a modest response in the straight and ended among the back-markers at the finish.
