Broke on even terms, sat third behind Alpine Star and Emperor Roderic, still third at the bend, loomed up wide into the straight, swept past under pressure, kept finding as Red Bishop closed, holding on resolutely at the finish.
Level break, unhurried early behind Spanish Eyes, improved with cover mid-group, turned for home wider out in fifth or sixth, then really warmed up between runners, flashing through the gap to chase Earth hard and finish a close second.
Settled near the rear with Scaramouche early, racing together mid-pack, around sixth or seventh at the turn, rallied gamely along the far side in the straight, stayed on under pressure to grab third behind the battling Earth and Red Bishop.
Ordinary start, dropped towards the rear with Opus Dei through the early stages, still in the back half turning for home, then appeared as Scaramou in the straight, making some late headway without threatening the principals, finishing a one-paced fourth.

Level start, settled midfield behind Alimo in the early stages, held a handy spot with cover, turned for home saving ground towards the inside, mentioned once in the straight but failed to pick up notably and gradually dropped back to finish behind the principals.
