Smooth beginning, midfield early behind Spirit Bay and Toussaint, held that mid-bunch position throughout the run, negotiated the home turn in the second half of the field, stayed on steadily in the straight to grab a minor placing late.
Slowly out of the gates and dropped to last, remained at the tail through the early and middle stages, still last around the bend in position 13, then produced a good late run in the straight, finishing on strongly to get into the frame.
