Broke on terms, settled second as Golden Warrior stretched clear, chased the long-time leader down the back stretch, still close up around 3rd at the 600, loomed on the outside before fading out of contention in the straight
Level start, sat in mid-division early, then tucked in behind Good Deeds and Abushan, around 5th or 6th turning for home, appeared to be going handily, produced a run in the straight but could not quicken with the principals late
Broke evenly, raced towards the rear outside Great Guns early, remained in the second half of the field down the back stretch, still well back rounding the bend, made no significant impression in the straight and finished among the also-rans
Clean jump into a handy early third on the inside, moved up to share second as the pace steadied, turned for home in clear second, swept past to lead around 150 out but was swamped late and dropped back behind the placed horses
Level break, tracked the early leaders beside Third Avenue, moved up outside High Command near the thousand, still prominent but wide approaching the bend, came into the straight in striking position yet failed to find extra and faded right out
