Broke evenly, runs towards the rear with Clever Hans in the initial stages, improves sharply to second by the 800, then takes the home turn miles wide from a prominent bend position 3, but that wide effort tells and he fades in the straight to finish well beaten.
Slowly out, misses a few lengths at the start and settles last, remains detached at the back as they pass the 800, turns for home still at the tail in bend position 9, and trails in without making any significant impression through the straight.
